What does it cost to hire a bus for a club trip in Stockholm?
The treasurer wants the total before the board says yes – so the price is set per vehicle, not per seat. You get a fixed total price before departure, so a cup that overruns or queues on the way home do not change the sum afterwards. The price always includes the driver, fuel, road tolls, the Stockholm congestion charge, parking and 6% VAT. For training camps and multi-day trips the driver's accommodation and allowance are included as well.
Our prices are based on two setups, depending on what you need:
1. Point to point – fixed price per trip
You pay a fixed price for the leg from A to B — the office to Arlanda, for instance. Minibus (5–16 seats) from 1 400 kr and touring coach (49–57 seats) from 3 100 kr per trip.
2. Hourly charter – the coach at your disposal
The bus is at your disposal for a set number of hours — a conference day, sightseeing or a match day. Touring coach (49–57 seats) from 3 100 kr for one hour within Stockholm.

What it costs, and what a club actually gets
A club treasurer needs a number and an invoice, not a range and a phone call. You get a fixed total price before the trip: from 1 400 kr for a 5–16 seat minibus and 3 100 kr for a 49–57 seat coach on a point-to-point run. A whole tournament day or excursion is normally priced by the hour — the hourly table above gives the rates for our 49–57 seat coaches, from three hours to eight.
Everything is in the price
The quote is all-in, so the invoice matches the figure your board approved. It always covers:
- The professional driver and all driver-related costs
- Fuel for the whole agreed itinerary
- Road tolls, the Stockholm congestion charge and parking
- Swedish VAT at 6%
- The driver’s accommodation and allowance on multi-day trips, such as a cup weekend or a training camp
Paying and invoicing
We invoice against a standard Swedish company invoice, on the same terms for clubs, companies and schools alike — your treasurer pays against the invoice, no card and no deposit at the door. The quote is itemised, so a board or an annual meeting can see exactly what the trip costs before it is approved.
Drivers and safety
- Certified drivers: everyone who drives for us holds the Swedish professional competence certificate (YKB) and knows how Stockholm traffic behaves at the times you are travelling.
- Swedish and English: useful for international guests, visiting teams and clubs whose members do not all speak Swedish.
- Alcohol interlock in every vehicle: the engine only starts once the driver has passed the breath test.
- Euro 6 throughout: the whole fleet meets the requirements of Stockholm’s environmental zones.

- Get a fixed price. We reply within 2 hours on weekdays (09:00–18:00), or within 6–24 hours outside those times, with a complete price — nothing added afterwards for the congestion charge, road tolls or parking.
- Board and travel. Your driver handles the navigation, the traffic and the parking. Book 2–4 weeks ahead where you can, and earlier for the big cups; cancellation is free up to 72 hours before departure.

What makes this a better option for a sports club than booking separately?
One vehicle, one price and one invoice. The squad, the coaching staff and the kit travel together, the luggage hold takes the ball baskets and equipment boxes, and the price is fixed before you book, so the treasurer knows the figure in advance. You also get a certified driver who knows the Stockholm routes, an alcohol interlock in every vehicle and payment against a standard Swedish invoice.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 2–4 weeks before departure. For the larger cups and tournaments it pays to secure the vehicle earlier than that, since the whole region is booking the same weekend. We can often help at shorter notice too — ask and we will tell you what is available.
Are the congestion charge and the driver’s costs included?
Yes, the price is all-in. The driver, fuel, road tolls, the Stockholm congestion charge, parking and Swedish VAT at 6% are all in the figure you are quoted, and on multi-day trips such as a cup weekend the driver’s accommodation and allowance are included as well.
Can we bring sports equipment and large bags?
Yes. Our touring coaches have a large hold under the floor with room for kit bags, sticks, ball baskets and equipment boxes, and the 16-seat Sprinter has a separate compartment behind the cabin. If you are travelling with something bulky — a set of goals, stage equipment, instruments — say so in the request and we will size the vehicle for it.
How do we pay?
Against a standard Swedish company invoice, on the same terms for clubs, companies and schools. Your treasurer pays the invoice after the booking is confirmed — there is no card payment or deposit at the door.
What happens if the fixture list changes?
Tournament times move, and we plan for it. Get in touch as early as you can and we will shift the departure time subject to availability — changing a time within an existing booking costs nothing extra. If you need to cancel outright, the usual terms apply: free more than 72 hours before departure, 50% between 24 and 72 hours, and the full amount within 24 hours.
