- 1. Send the match details. Date, number of passengers, pick-up address and destination — a bus to Strawberry Arena, Tele2 Arena or a local cup pitch, it makes no difference to the form.
- 2. Get a fixed price. We reply within 2 hours on weekdays (09:00–18:00), or within 6–24 hours outside those times, with a total price that has nothing added later for fuel, road tolls or driver time.
- 3. Confirm and get ready. Once you accept the quote the vehicle is yours for the day, and you get your driver’s contact details well before departure.

Can we bring heavy sports equipment on board?
Yes. All of our buses have a dedicated luggage hold. Hockey bags, football kit, golf equipment or a massage bench all go in the hold rather than the aisle, so the team travels comfortably with everything it needs. Tell us roughly what you are bringing in the request and we will match the vehicle to it.
Where does the bus park during the match?
We handle the arena logistics. Our drivers use the reserved coach parking and set-down zones at Strawberry Arena, Tele2 Arena, Avicii Arena and Hovet. You are dropped at the entrance, and the bus is standing at the agreed point when the match is over.
What happens if the match goes to extra time?
Sport runs long and we plan for it. The driver stays in contact with your team manager, and if the match goes to extra time or penalties — or the celebration takes a while — the departure time is adjusted on the spot. Because your quote is a fixed price, there is no surcharge for the extra driver time.
Is a driver included in every booking?
Yes, a professional driver is always included and we do not offer self-drive rental. Your driver holds the Swedish professional competence certificate (YKB), speaks both Swedish and English, and knows how the traffic behaves around Solna, Johanneshov and the inner city on an event day.
What does the price include?
The quoted price is all-in. It covers the driver, fuel, road tolls, the Stockholm congestion charge, parking and Swedish VAT at 6%, and on multi-day trips the driver’s accommodation and allowance as well. A 5–16 seat minibus starts at 1 400 kr and a 49–57 seat coach at 3 100 kr for a point-to-point trip; a full match day or tournament day is usually priced by the hour — the hourly table above shows the rates for our 49–57 seat coaches.

A dedicated event bus is timed to your kick-off and your warm-up, drops you at the entrance instead of at the nearest station, carries the equipment in a proper hold, and waits for you afterwards.
