What does corporate bus rental in Stockholm cost?
The price is set per vehicle, not per seat, and you always get a fixed all-in total before departure — neither traffic nor waiting time changes it afterwards. Driver, fuel, road tolls, the congestion charge, parking, and VAT (6%) are always included. On multi-day trips, the driver’s accommodation and allowance are included as well.
Our prices are based on two setups, depending on what you need:
1. Point to point – fixed price per trip
You pay a fixed price for the leg from A to B — the office to Arlanda, for instance. Minibus (5–16 seats) from 1 400 kr and touring coach (49–57 seats) from 3 100 kr per trip.
2. Hourly charter – the coach at your disposal
The bus is at your disposal for a set number of hours — a conference day, sightseeing or a match day. Touring coach (49–57 seats) from 3 100 kr for one hour within Stockholm.

Cancellation Policy for Bus Rental – Rules & Refunds
Do you need to change or cancel your bus booking? These are our cancellation terms: More than 72 hours before departure, cancelling is free of charge. Between 24 and 72 hours before departure we charge 50% of the amount. Within 24 hours of departure the full amount is charged.

Which vehicle size fits our team?
We match the vehicle to the group and the type of event.

How far in advance should we book a corporate bus?
For larger corporate events, congresses at Stockholmsmässan or annual kick-offs we recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead. That secures the vehicle type you want and lets us plan the route properly. For smaller transfers to Arlanda or Bromma we can often help at much shorter notice, subject to availability.
Can the schedule change while the conference is running?
Yes. You get a dedicated coordinator for the assignment. If a meeting overruns or you want to add a stop in the inner city, we adjust the schedule in real time.
Can we change the route or the number of passengers after booking?
The route and the running schedule can be changed while the assignment is live — that is what the coordinator is there for. If the headcount changes, contact us as early as you can and we will match a different vehicle where availability allows.
What is the luggage capacity of a Sprinter compared with a full-size coach?
The capacity follows the vehicle model and passenger count:
- 16-seat Mercedes Sprinter: Takes 11 large 28-inch suitcases plus hand luggage even with a full load of 16 passengers.
- 49–57 seat conference coach: A 49-seat coach takes 32–38 suitcases (28-inch) and the largest 57-seat coach takes 44. With a smaller group there is room for more, including exhibition material and event equipment.
Are driver and fuel included in the total price for corporate transport?
Yes. The driver’s fee and fuel are always included. You book at a fixed all-inclusive price that also covers road tolls, the Stockholm congestion charge, parking and 6% VAT, so there are no fees added afterwards. On multi-day trips the driver’s accommodation is included as well.
Do you drive all the way to Arlanda or only in central Stockholm?
We cover the whole of greater Stockholm, not only the central districts. We run direct pick-ups and transfers to and from both Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Bromma, with automatic flight tracking.
