How far in advance should we book a coach for 57 passengers?
We recommend booking 2–3 months ahead in high season (May–June and September), when demand around events and conferences in Stockholm is high. In low season 2–4 weeks is usually enough. We also handle short-notice requests subject to availability.
What is included when we rent a large coach?
Our quotes are fixed prices with no hidden costs. The base price always includes:

On multi-day trips the driver’s hotel and allowance is included in the fixed price as well.

How are driving and rest time rules handled on multi-day trips?
Safety comes first, and we follow the EU driving and rest time rules strictly. Maximum driving time is 9 hours per day (extendable to 10 hours twice a week). A break of at least 45 continuous minutes is mandatory after 4.5 hours of driving, and the driver takes at least 11 continuous hours of daily rest between shifts. On long uninterrupted routes we put two drivers on the job to keep the schedule safe.
Do all seats have seat belts?
Yes. Every vehicle in the fleet has integrated three-point seat belts, so every passenger travels safely whether it is a short local transfer, a school trip or an international corporate event.
