The price is set per vehicle, not per seat — eight people in a V-Class pay the same as three. Every job is priced point to point: you get a fixed all-in price before departure, and neither traffic nor waiting time changes it afterwards.

Is the driver included when I rent a minibus in Stockholm?
Yes. A professional driver is always included in the total price, and we do not offer self-drive rental. That means nobody in the group needs a minibus licence, and you never have to think about the route, parking, road tolls or the congestion charge.
How much luggage fits in the V-Class compared with the Sprinter?
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (16 seats) has a luggage compartment separate from the cabin that takes up to 11 large 28-inch suitcases. The Mercedes-Benz V-Class (8 seats) takes up to 6. Those figures are for a full vehicle — with a smaller party there is room for more. If you are bringing skis, instruments or anything else bulky, tell us when you book and we allow for it when we pick the vehicle.
Are road tolls and the congestion charge included in the price?
Yes, the price you are quoted is all-in. It covers the driver, fuel, road tolls, the Stockholm congestion charge, parking and Swedish VAT at 6%. On multi-day trips the driver’s accommodation and allowance are included as well.
What happens if my flight to Arlanda is delayed?
We track your arrival in real time using your flight number. If the flight to Arlanda, Bromma or Skavsta is delayed, we move the pick-up time automatically and your driver is waiting in the arrivals hall when you land.
What are your cancellation terms?
The same cancellation terms apply to every trip we run. If you would rather move the booking than cancel it, get in touch as early as you can and we will sort it out.

How many passengers fit in your minibuses?
Up to 16, in the Premium 16-seat Mercedes Sprinter. For smaller parties the Executive Mercedes V-Class seats up to 8. If the group is larger than 16 we move you to a coach instead — our coaches run from 49 up to 57 seats.
Can we rent a minibus with driver for trips outside Stockholm county?
Yes. Day trips beyond the county are common — return trips to Uppsala, Sigtuna or elsewhere in the Mälardalen region, built around your own schedule. Longer and multi-day itineraries work the same way, and the price is based on the hours and the distance in the plan.
